This is a great meditation practice for those days when it feels difficult to find focus and concentration, or when we feel disconnected from ourselves. This meditation is particularly helpful for times when we find ourselves stuck in our heads, overwhelmed by worries, anxiety, and thoughts. It will reconnect you to your body (Anamaya Kosha), your breath and energy (Pranamaya Kosha), your mind (Manomaya Kosha), your intuition or wisdom body (Vijnanamaya Kosha), and your bliss body (Anandamaya Kosha) through the use of the 5 koshas.
Find a comfortable, still seat, close your doors, and turn off your phone. This is your time for self-care and focus.
